Admissions Process:
We hope this Admission Process is simple and straight forward! FBG CWE welcomes a variety of students with different backgrounds from all over Georgetown and the surrounding areas. Whether you are looking for a few days a week to get some work done or if you are looking for specialized education for your preschooler we are here for your kids. Admission does not require a tour, but if you would like to see the facility and meet some faculty please make a appointment here.
Returning families will be able to begin the Admissions Process on January 15, 2026 by completing an Application for the 2026-2027 school year and paying the associated Application and Supply fees.
New families will be able to begin the Admissions Process on February 1, 2026.
Step 1 – Complete the FBG CWE Application 26/27 – This link will be active Feb. 1, 2026
Step 2 – Complete the 26/27 FBG CWE Admission Forms – This link will be active Feb. 1, 2026
- NEW CHILDREN – Please use the link above to set up a Brightwheel account and complete the Admission Forms.
- RETURNING CHILDREN – Please use the link above, select your child, then complete the Admission Forms.
- Please complete all forms.
- Your Admission Packet is not complete until you have hit SUBMIT at the end of the process.
Step 3 – Pay Tuition Deposit (applied to your May 2027 tuition payment) – billed 6/1/26
