2024 – 2025 Tuition and Fees
Application Fees
At the time of application the following fees are required:
- An Application fee of $95.00 is required per year per child for enrollment in class.
- A $85.00 Supply fee is required per year per child at enrollment.
The supply and application fees are non-refundable.
All students must pay May 2025 tuition (you will be billed in Brightwheel on June 1, 2024), application fees, and complete the Enrollment Packet on Brightwheel. If you withdraw your student before July 15, 2024 the May tuition will be refunded. After July 15th, no tuition is refundable, unless it is due to a job transfer or military reassignment. Please bring a letter in on letterhead regarding the transfer.
Tuition
Yearly tuition is divided by the nine school months and paid out on a monthly basis. Monthly payments for tuition are due by the 6th of each month.
Toddler (12-24 months) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9:00 – 2:00
Tuition for 3-Day program $475/month
Supply Fee $85
Non-refundable registration fee: $95.00 due upon registration
Two-Year-Old Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9:00 – 2:00
Tuition for 3-Day program $425/month
Supply Fee $85
Non-refundable registration fee: $95.00 due upon registration
Three-Year-Old – Pre-kindergarten Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9:00 – 2:00
Tuition for 3-Day program $425/month
Supply Fee $85
Non-refundable registration fee: $95.00 due upon registration
Kindergarten Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:30 – 2:00
Tuition for 3-day program $475/month
Supply Fee $85
Non-refundable registration fee: $95.00 due upon registration
Curriculum Fee: $250 – billed August 1, 2024
Tuition based on a full program and will not be reduced due to illness or absence. Tuition is calculated for the entire year and divided into 9 equal payments.
Thirty days written notice is required for withdrawal so we may fill the vacated spot.
You are responsible for the full amount within that 30 day period.
