When can I schedule a school tour?
Parents can schedule a school tour now! Should a parent wish to inquire about our school, they are welcome to reach out at any point in the year by emailing Jennifer Reynolds, at jreynolds@fbg.church.
What is the admissions process?
Step 1: Complete FBG CWE Application – 24/25 and pay associated non-refundable fees.
Step 2: Complete the 24/25 Admission Form (NEW STUDENTS ONLY)
Step 3: Complete the Enrollment Package (will be sent through Brightwheel on March 1, 2024)
Step 4: Pay May 2025 tuition – will be billed via Brightwheel on June 1, 2024.

Are you a licensed child care facility?
Yes, we are licensed by the State of Texas.
Each year we meet and exceed minimum standards and regulations set forth by the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
What are the school hours?
Toddlers – Pre-k students attend Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – 9:00am-2:00pm
Kindergarten students attend Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – 8:30am-2:00pm

Do you perform background checks on your staff members?
Yes, each staff member must submit to a background check including fingerprinting.
Are your staff members trained in CPR and First Aid?
Yes, each staff member is trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. These certifications are kept current with additional training sessions as needed.
