What is the admissions process?
Step 1 – Complete the FBG CWE Application 26/27 – This link will be live February 1, 2026.
Step 2 – Complete the 26/27 FBG CWE Admission Forms – This link will be live February 1, 2026.
Step 3 – Pay Tuition Deposit (applied to your May 2027 tuition payment) – billed 6/1/26
- NEW CHILDREN – Please use the link above to set up a Brightwheel account and complete the Admission Forms.
- RETURNING CHILDREN – Please use the link above, select your child, then complete the Admission Forms.
- Your Admission Packet is not complete until you have hit SUBMIT at the end of the process.
- You must complete all of these steps to secure your child’s placement for the 26-27 school year. If you have any questions please email tforth@fbg.church.

Are you a licensed child care facility?
Yes, we are licensed by the State of Texas.
Each year we meet and exceed minimum standards and regulations set forth by the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
What are the school hours?
Toddlers – Pre-k students attend Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – 9:00am-2:00pm
Kindergarten students attend Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday – 8:30am-2:00pm
How many students are enrolled? What is the teacher ratio?

Do you perform background checks on your staff members?
Yes, each staff member must submit to a background check including fingerprinting.
Are your staff members trained in CPR and First Aid?
Yes, each staff member is trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. These certifications are kept current with additional training sessions as needed.
